CFTS Service Stack Overview

How the CFTS Service Stack Fits Together

CFTS uses a number of connected service surfaces to make it easier for clients to find information, request help, access services, and see useful operational status.

The main website, cfts.co, is the normal public starting point. From there, clients can be guided to the right place depending on what they need.

Some services can also be accessed directly. This is useful when a client already knows where they need to go, such as the support system, documentation site, hosting platform, or Client Edge Portal.

The stack is separated on purpose. Each part has its own job, which keeps things clearer and easier to manage.

Main Public Entry Point

cfts.co

cfts.co is the main public entry point for CFTS.

It acts as the front door to the wider CFTS service stack and helps guide clients to the correct service area.

Clients may start here when they want to learn about CFTS, find service information, or move on to another CFTS service surface.

Client Service Surfaces

docs.cfts.co

docs.cfts.co is the CFTS documentation and knowledge base platform.

Clients can use it to find service information, support guidance, procedures, explanations, and useful reference material.

It is intended to be a practical place to look when a client needs clear information about CFTS services.

hosting.cfts.co

hosting.cfts.co is the dedicated CFTS website for hosting, cloud, and edge-related services.

It gives these services their own space, separate from the main company website, so clients can more easily understand what is available and how the services fit together.

This is the best starting point for clients looking specifically at CFTS hosting, cloud, or edge infrastructure services.

edge.cfts.co

edge.cfts.co provides access to the CFTS Client Edge Portal.

This is used by clients who have relevant edge, hosted, VPS, VM, machine, or related services with CFTS.

The portal gives clients a simple access point for the services assigned to them. Depending on the service, this may include access to machines, VPSs, VMs, service links, or other client-specific entry points.

The aim is to make client access clearer and easier to use.

tickets.cfts.co

tickets.cfts.co is the CFTS support and ticketing system.

Clients can use it to raise support requests, track issues, and keep service communication in one place.

This helps both the client and CFTS keep support matters clear, traceable, and easier to follow up.

isp-status.cfts.co/view

isp-status.cfts.co/view provides a client-facing view of CFTS internet and uplink status.

It gives clients useful visibility of internet/uplink conditions without exposing unnecessary internal detail.

This is useful when a client wants to check whether there are visible connectivity issues affecting CFTS service paths.

Commercial Hosting Platform

steel.cfts.co

steel.cfts.co is the CFTS commercial hosting platform for shared hosting services.

Clients may use it for cPanel access, hosting account access, and related hosting management functions.

This platform is part of the hosting service delivery layer. It is separate from the public CFTS website because it is used for service access and account management rather than general company information.

Infrastructure Services

ns1.cfts.co, ns2.cfts.co, ns3.cfts.co

ns1.cfts.co, ns2.cfts.co, and ns3.cfts.co are CFTS global DNS servers.

DNS helps direct internet traffic to the correct systems and services. It is one of the foundation services that allows websites, email, hosting, and other online services to be found reliably.

CFTS DNS services are geographically distributed so clients and users in different regions of the world can receive DNS responses quickly and reliably.

dns.cfts.co

dns.cfts.co supports internal DNS and split DNS functions.

This is mainly an infrastructure service rather than a normal client-facing service.

It helps CFTS manage internal service resolution and keep internal and external DNS handling properly separated.

What This Means for Clients

For clients, the CFTS stack gives each type of need a clearer place to go.

Client Need Where to Go
Start with CFTS online cfts.co
Read documentation or support guidance docs.cfts.co
Learn about hosting, cloud, and edge services hosting.cfts.co
Access assigned edge, VPS, VM, machine, or hosted services edge.cfts.co
Raise or track a support issue tickets.cfts.co
Check CFTS internet/uplink visibility isp-status.cfts.co/view
Access cPanel or shared hosting accounts steel.cfts.co

The stack is designed this way so that clients do not have to search through one overloaded system for everything.

Each service surface has a clear role. The public website introduces CFTS, the documentation site explains services, the ticketing system handles support, the Edge Portal gives access to assigned services, and the hosting platform supports hosting account management.

Together, these surfaces form a practical service stack that helps CFTS provide clearer access, better support, and more organised service delivery.
