Hosting is not sovereignty
Physical location matters, but sovereignty is about more than where a server sits.
At CFTS, we look at the wider picture: where data is held, who operates the systems, who controls access, where services are developed, and which jurisdiction ultimately applies.
Our aim is not to claim complete technological independence. That would be unrealistic. Instead, we maximise local ownership and control wherever it is practical, while being transparent about the global technologies and supply chains on which modern ICT inevitably depends.
For us, sovereignty is about meaningful control, not simply geography.
