Licensing Notes

• Licenses activate through official activation infrastructure
• Monthly pricing is available where agreed for recurring, short-term, project-based, or operational billing arrangements
• One-time pricing applies where a perpetual, non-recurring, or client-owned licence is required
• Deployments running for less than 12 months may be billed against the applicable one-time licence cost
• CAL requirements remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed
• Final licensing suitability should be confirmed against the client’s intended deployment model
• Licensing suitability may vary depending on virtualisation and deployment architecture

Monthly licensing is provided for flexibility and operational billing clarity. It should not be interpreted as replacing formal licensing requirements where perpetual or client-owned licensing is required.

Procurement & Commercial Positioning

Some licensing products may be supplied through Alternative Procurement Channels depending on availability, deployment model, or commercial requirements (for example OEM, bulk purchase, refurbished, or volume licensing arrangements).

Enterprise and volume licensing guidance is available where appropriate.

Certain licensing products may be quoted directly rather than publicly standardised, depending on deployment architecture and support requirements.

Commercial Terms

• Minimum contract term: 12 months
